3. Quotes and Estimates

- We are not responsible for any costs, delays, or losses resulting from customs procedures

6.5 Risk and Title
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title in the goods passes to you once full payment has been received.
7. Cancellations and Amendments
7.1 Cancellation by Customer
Orders may only be cancelled if the items have not started to be processed.

- Cancellation requests are subject to our approval
If your order has already commenced processing or left our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.

- We suspect fraudulent activity
- Delivery to your location is not possible
If we cancel your order, we will provide a full refund.
8. Returns and Refunds
8.1 Return Conditions
You may return products for a refund if:
- Products are returned in their original, unopened packaging
- Products are in resaleable condition
- You notify us within 14 days of receipt (or as required by your local consumer protection laws)
You return the goods within 30 days of notification
8.2 Return Process
To return products:
- Contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number
- Package items securely in original packaging
- Ship to the return address provided
- Provide proof of return shipment
Do not return items without first obtaining an RMA number, as returns may not be processed.
8.3 Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or import/export fees.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
8.4 Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect returned goods:
If accepted, refunds will be processed within 14 days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Original shipping costs and associated fees, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
Customs duties and fees incurred as a result of the return will be deducted from the refund total
Refunds do not include return shipping costs paid by you
8.5 Non-Returnable Items
